CHOOSING THE RIGHT GLASSES

Choosing suitable glasses is important as it should complement your natural features.
Face Shapes
Even though a face can be classified into a lot of different types, primarily it is identified in four shapes.
OVAL Shape
The oval face is known to be a universal and balanced shape. An oval face has the forehead, jaw, and chin in a well-balanced proportion. If you have an Oval shaped face, there is a lot of room to experiment and you can play with different types of frames. It would be safe to say that you may be able to pull off all kinds of frames.
SQUARE Shape
If you have that strong jaw with a broad forehead, you have the Square face. A square face is known to be very high fashion. Recommended frames are ones with softer looks and definition. Go for frames that are round or have soft angles and sit high on your face. Avoid boxed and squared frames.
HEART Shape
A broad forehead with prominent cheeks bones and narrow chin would be classed as the heart-shaped face. This shape defines softness and delicacy. Recommended frames are those with a minimalistic effect like Rimless frames and frames with light thin metal rims. Avoid the over-sized, heavy, and thick-rimmed frames.
ROUND Shape
A round-shaped face has full cheeks, a soft chin line, and a forehead in a good proportion. The recommendation is to use frames with a strong angular shape that would add definition features. The rectangular and square rimmed glasses look great on this shape. Avoid all round-shaped frames.
