Terms and Conditions


Following are the Terms and Conditions of the purchase contract between Spexxi and Customer. Please make sure that you have read the full Terms & Conditions before you proceed with your order. The following Terms and Conditions would serve as the legal binding between Spexxi and the Customers.

It is recommended that the customer keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for his/her record.

Spexxi is the trading name of Spexxi Ltd., company registration number 12624609, trading online as The company's registered address is Unit 1F, Moss Mill Industrial Estate, Woodbine Street East, Rochdale, OL16 5LB and can be contacted through telephone number 0161 466 0154 or by email at [email protected]



The order submission means that

  • The customer is aged 16 or above and is not blind or partially sighted.
  • The customer has a valid eyesight prescription issued by a qualified optometrist within the last 24 months or 12 months if the customer age is 70 years or above.
  • The customer is willing to provide any information required to complete the order.



  • Spexxi will make all efforts to fulfill the customers’ requirements; however, the availability of products may not be guaranteed. Customers will be contacted and will be given an option to either choose an alternative product or get a full refund on the order.
  • Spexxi reserve the right to cancel the order at any time. A full refund will be given to the customer in such cases.



  • All prices are VAT included
  • Prices are regularly monitored to provide accuracy to the customers.
  • Spexxi will not be liable to provide any refunds on any taxes imposed by other countries, to the customers.



  • All orders will be delivered within 3-4 weeks via Royal Mail special delivery.
  • Customers will be notified by email once the glasses are dispatched.
  • Customers are advised to contact us if the goods are not arrived in time.



Spexxi would refund the customer on the basis of the following returns policy conditions.

Customers may return, exchange or receive a refund on the orders, if they are unhappy, providing the order meet the following conditions

  • Notify Spexxi within 21 days after they have been dispatched. The returned glasses should be received within 28 days.
  • A returns form will be sent out via email at the start of a return procedure.
  • Returned glasses would be in their original condition and along with all accessories (case, cleaning cloth, etc).
  • Returns of the branded frames must be in there original condition and should include all accessories, including the case, cleaning cloth, etc.
  • The customer was not advised when you purchased that the order was inappropriate for your needs.
  • Any extra payments made for better lenses, coatings, tints, etc will not be refunded unless there is a manufacturing/production fault in the product, as these products are made specifically for the order.   

Once the glasses are returned to Spexxi, the customer will be notified via email and money will be refunded within 3-5 working days. The refund should appear in the customer's bank account within 7-10 working days. Please note that any refunds made through Paypal may take up to 28 days to show in the account statement.

Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office as Spexxi would not be responsible for any packages lost in the post. Customer’s statutory rights, in relation to returns and refunds, are not affected.

In case of a return from Outside of the UK, Spexxi will accept the returns within 28 days of the purchase. Any postage fees will be covered by the sender.
